Attendant Care

We supply the needed services to assist individuals to remain in their homes and allow them to participate in work and community activities.
 

Day Treatment & Training Adult

Day Treatment and Training Services for adults provides specialized sensory-motor, cognitive, communicative and behavioral training. It also provides supervision and counseling. Day Training promotes skill development in independent living settings, self-care, communication and social relationships. Program goals are to increase and maintain acquired skills and to help improve emotional and mental well-being. This will foster positive relationships with families and encourage family member participation for future goals. We strive to assist our members to achieve and maintain a significant quality of life.
 

Employment Support Aide

We provide our members with one-on-one support in order to continue competitive employment. We strive to assist our members to improve their job skills so that they feel like productive members of society. The support may include personal care, behavioral services and support services. The level of support depends on member’s ISP needs and employer requirements.

 

Habilitation Services- Support

Habilitation Services is a variety of interventions designed to maximize the functioning of our members.
The members can be living in their own or rented residents and with a sense of control, be a part of the community. Habilitation services will also include but are not limited to independent life training, communications, social interaction for positive relationships, rudimentary first aid and money management skills.
 

Homemaker 

Meessi will assist members in performing routine household activities according to their ISP. We will provide assistance to the member to attain or maintain safe and sanitary living conditions, which include cleaning the house, doing laundry, making the bed, mopping, assisting with cooking meals, cleaning the bathroom and general house keeping.

This service shall be provided in the Division member’s home. Members residing in home but community-based alternative residential settings are not eligible for this service.

The service may be provided outside the member’s residence only when unsafe or unsanitary conditions exist or in the community.

 
 

Respite Care Hourly & Daily

Respite services are provided for short-term care to support member’s families or their caregivers, giving them a break to maybe attend their doctors appointments or care for themselves to avoid a breakdown. Members have to had been approved by DDD to receive respite care. Respite care is intended for short term, temporary relief of unpaired caregivers or unpaired family members. These services may be requested for a 24-hour basis.
